training juz ended... almost die in e court sia... =(
but it was quite fun... training wif e seniors.... nt tat scary after all....=p
then nxt monday gt training in e afternoon again.... =(... hope tat i wont die.. or maybe it will rain... haha... but if rain then had to do phsical sia... but mayb lyk tat will be better coz we may have more water breaks nt lyk today... after running then drink water... shooting all tat, then do three different stations and lastly 3 sets of running... then go rest and chat le then go home... so theres only 1 water break during todays trainin.... almost die due 2 lack of water...=(
